That is one of my cardinal rules of football betting...and I broke it this week. Had I kept that rule, I would have tied for first in the pool instead of finishing second. Oh well. Maybe that will teach me to remember my own rules. SC lost, of course, but OBC messed up the spread.

Thanksgiving is over and its time to look forward to the Christmas season. It IS more fun to decorate when you have a little kid around. They get really excited about that stuff. Granted, we have already completely destroyed a gardener snowman ornament (sorry Mom) by throwing it down the stairs, carrying it around with us everywhere, and generally mistreating it.
