Because I have all the time in the world....
I really want to make this. I have swooned over this Anthropologie bedspread for so long. I love all their bedding, but spending alot of $$ on a new bedspread just isn't a priority for me.
However, I woke up this morning at about 4:45 and started going thru my favorite Websites, including Made by Lex and found her tutorial for making one of these babies. 
She claims it was easy and only took her 5 hours. It would probably take me 5 weeks, but maybe if my uber talented, seamstress Mom would help me, we could cut that down a bit.What color should I do? I am thinking orange....
Sewing
So, I was totally inspired by this post to make a little bandana skirt for C. I did not add the ruffle, because I am lazy and had no other fabric. Don't look too close bc apparently (according to wise Mom) the tension on my machine was too loose. The front looks ok, but the back is all tangled. I hope it doesn't fall apart. Anyhoo, she likes it and I figure its a decent first attempt.
Played Super Mario Galaxy 2 ALOT today with two silly monkeys at my house (one that lives here and one that was just a visitor). The first level in World 2 is giving me fits. It's driving me CRAZY! How sad is it that I can converse intelligently with 6 year olds about video games?
